Assist in early-stage design review of product capabilities to ensure market fit, scalability, and readiness across different customer segments. Collaborate with implementation and success teams to ensure enhancements are delivered efficiently and with minimal risk to customer experience. Expertise in API integrations, data modelling, solution design, and systems architecture—particularly using technologies such as JSON, SQL, ETL, Python, or REST APIs. Experience working with Product and Engineering teams to assess feasibility, influence roadmap prioritisation, and align feature design with real-world requirements.
