Due to continued project demand, they are looking to hire two experienced Senior Payroll Consultants to join their UK consulting team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors ECP professional who enjoys leading implementations, working directly with clients, and contributing to high-quality, end-to-end project delivery.The RoleAs a Senior Consultant, you will take a lead role on SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors ECP implementations, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes across the full project lifecycle.Key responsibilities: Leading payroll workstreams on SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors ECP implementationsDesigning, configuring and troubleshooting payroll solutionsRunning client workshops, requirements sessions and playback meetingsAdvising clients on payroll best practice and business process designSupporting data migration and post-go-live activitiesWorking alongside other SuccessFactors module specialists to deliver integrated solutionsContributing to a collaborative, high-performing consulting environment Essential experience: 5–6+ years’ experience in SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)3–4+ years acting as a Lead Consultant on project implementationsExperience across multiple full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementationsStrong understanding of payroll business processes and system configurationExperience running workshops and
