- This role offers the opportunity to lead complex marketing technology projects across multiple teams and regions. You will provide strategic guidance, establish project roadmaps, manage budgets, and ensure seamless coordination between client-facing and internal teams. As a versatile leader, you will mentor project managers, implement agile practices, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement. - Accountabilities
As Lead Project Manager (Martech), your responsibilities include
- Providing strategic oversight of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful delivery.
- Leading the planning and execution of project roadmaps, backlogs, and multi-team initiatives.
- Identifying, mitigating, and resolving project risks to maintain a low-risk profile across all programs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met.
- Driving adoption of agile methodologies, facilitating retrospectives, and promoting continuous process improvement.
- Optimizing project and program workflows to increase efficiency and throughput.
- Participating in sales discovery calls, supporting development of Statements of Work, resource planning, and timeline estimation.
- Mentoring and coaching junior project managers, providing strategic guidance, and fostering accountability and development.
- Managing day-to-day team operations, conducting 1-2-1s, performance reviews, and facilitating professional growth.
The ideal candidate will bring
- Minimum 12 years’ experience in project management, preferably in MarTech or digital marketing.
- At least 4 years in a leadership role managing and mentoring project teams.
- Minimum 2 years of client-facing experience with proven stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in establishing strategic roadmaps, managing backlogs, and coordinating multi-team projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience working in Agile environments with practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile adoption.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality documentation and reports.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and project outcomes.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset, able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent English (C1 level) with strong client-facing communication skills.
Bonus / Preferred
- Experience in MarTech or digital consumer engagement projects.
- Familiarity with Braze, Snowflake, Data Warehouses, CRM systems, loyalty engines, or Machine Learning applications.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, innovative thinking, and quality advocacy.
- Leadership aptitude with experience mentoring others or leading by example.
