Job Description

• Join a high-growth engineering team as a Lead Platform Engineer to drive the reliability, performance, and scalability of a cutting-edge sportsbook and casino experience. This hands-on leadership role involves shaping core infrastructure, managing a small team of engineers, and making critical architectural decisions using a modern stack including Python, AWS, and Terraform.

What you will do

• Own and drive architectural decisions focusing on uptime, resilience, and performance across core platform services
• Manage and mentor a small engineering team while contributing directly to production code and daily delivery
• Lead the technical design for complex infrastructure projects and improve deployment pipelines and observability systems

The ideal candidate

• Over 7 years of engineering experience with deep expertise in Python, AWS, and distributed systems architecture
• Proven track record in a leadership or management role within platform, backend, or infrastructure engineering
• Expert ability to break down complex, ambiguous technical problems into clear milestones and scalable engineering plans
