About the role: We are looking for a motivated and flexible individual to join our team within a busy Waste Operations environment. This role involves working at our Summers Lane Reuse and Recycling Centre (RRC), supporting day-to-day site operations while ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance. You will be responsible for supervising staff, engaging with the public, monitoring site cleanliness, and supporting waste and recycling initiatives. The role requires weekend working on a rota basis, basic IT skills, and a willingness to undertake relevant training, including mobile plant operation and First Aid. Responsibilities Compliance & Safety: Support the RRC Supervisor in ensuring compliance with Waste Management Permits, health and safety regulations, and safe site operations for both staff and public.Site Inspections & Reporting: Conduct daily inspections, report findings, complete operational reports (including fridge counts), and log incidents or issues using D365.Team Supervision & Training: Supervise RRC staff and subcontract
