- Accountabilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Define and execute territory sales plans to maximize market penetration.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams for sales materials.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement necessary improvements.
- Analyze customer base to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Make data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
- Work with local teams to expand the customer base in the region.
- Oversee and direct sales team performance.
- Manage and develop a team of sales personnel for optimal operations.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the sales process.

- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role with at least 10 years in direct sales operations.
- Experience in leading a diverse, intercultural team.
- Strong knowledge of direct sales principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
