We’re Creswick Group, a modern British brand providing luxury cleaning and estate care services for high-end homes, private clients, and premium properties across London and the South East. We’re looking for a research-focused, detail-oriented VA to help us identify and qualify new high-value residential leads — homeowners, estate managers, and private households who maintain luxury properties and require discreet, high-quality cleaning and maintenance services. Responsibilities: Research and build lead lists of high-end residential properties (e.g., Kensington, Chelsea, Hampstead, Knightsbridge, Surrey). Find potential contacts such as property owners, personal assistants, estate managers, or concierge teams. Use online sources such as: Google Maps (luxury property companies, concierge, private household management) Instagram (interior designers, luxury lifestyle profiles) Zoopla / Rightmove (for-sale or recently sold £2M+ homes) Property magazines / directories (Country Life, Tatler Homes, etc.) Bark.com Verify data accuracy and eliminate duplicates. Maintain and update Google Sheets with complete contact info (name, email, area, property type). Report daily or weekly progress (leads added, verified, and cleaned). Requirements: Excellent written English and strong online research ability. Experience in lead generation, real estate research, or property services. Understanding of the luxury or private client market preferred. Confident using tools like Google Sheets, Hunter.io, NeverBounce, etc. Able to follow SOPs precisely and work independently.
