We are expanding our sales development team and looking to hire TWO (2) talented and ambitious Business Development / Lead Generation Specialists to join us for a long-term, ongoing partnership. You will be at the forefront of our expansion, responsible for identifying and nurturing the new clients that fuel TBMC's growth. Role Details at a Glance: Company: (Marketing Agency) Position: Business Development / Lead Generation Specialist Number of Openings: TWO (2) Job Type: Long-term, ongoing contract (30+ hours/week per role) Availability: Must have significant overlap with our core business hours, which are typically 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM BST (UK time). This time overlap is a firm requirement. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Your main focus is to systematically find and qualify businesses that need 360 Signum's marketing services. Ideal Client Profiling (ICP): Conduct deep research to identify companies and key decision-makers (CMOs, CEOs, Marketing Directors) that perfectly match our Ideal Client Profile. Lead Identification & Scraping: Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other data sources to build comprehensive lists of prospects. Data Validation: Verify contact information (email, phone, company size, etc.) for accuracy to ensure high-quality outreach. Accuracy is non-negotiable. Proactive Outreach Support: Assist in sending personalised introductory messages, email sequences, and connection requests using our proven templates. Experience with cold email or LinkedIn outreach is a major plus. CRM Management: Log all new outbound leads and prospecting activities in our CRM, track initial interactions, and ensure a smooth handover of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to our internal sales team. This Role is a Perfect Fit for You If You Are: A Marketing-Savvy "Hunter": You have a foundational understanding of digital marketing and enjoy the process of finding and qualifying new business opportunities for a service-based agency. Goal-Oriented & Resilient: You are self-motivated, comfortable with the repetitive nature of outreach, and focused on hitting daily/weekly lead generation targets. An Excellent Communicator: You have exceptional English skills (written and verbal) and can craft professional, persuasive messages that get responses. Tech-Savvy: You are proficient with Google Workspace and have proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and a CRM for lead tracking.
