Role Overview:

We’re looking for a fully trained, experienced barista with a minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in a fast-paced coffee environment. The ideal candidate will be confident in all areas of coffee preparation, latte art, customer service, and multitasking under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks with consistency and attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station at all times.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Work confidently under pressure during busy rush periods.
• Support the wider team in day-to-day café operations including till work, restocking, and cleaning.
• Ensure all hygiene and safety standards are met in line with company and FSA guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a barista in a busy café or coffee shop.
• Strong coffee knowledge and excellent technical barista skills.
• Ability to handle high volumes quickly and calmly.
• Passion for great coffee and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional at all times.
