You will provide electrical expertise to support production, continuous improvement and site compliance.Key Responsibilities:Lead electrical maintenance activities across the site, including a balanced mix of reactive troubleshooting and planned preventative maintenance.Provide expert fault-finding and breakdown response on electrical systems, automation equipment, and production machinery.Basic work with PLC-based control systems.Deliver and support key electrical projects, including upgrades, new equipment installations, and reliability improvements.Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical standards, health & safety legislation, and food industry requirements.Mentor technicians and apprentices, providing technical guidance and supporting skill development.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime and drive continuous improvement.Skills & ExperienceYou will be experienced within the field of FMCG or Food Manufacturing Maintenance and ideally have completed a HNC/HND or Apprenticeship in Engineering.
