I'm seeking a temporary Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator to support the People Team at a charity during a period of transition and change. This role will play an important part in ensuring the learning offer runs smoothly and continues to empower their people to grow and perform at their best.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the learning and development programme for the organisation. This will include arranging and coordinating internal and external training sessions, including booking providers, managing logistics, and ensuring effective communication with participants.Work with the Director of OE to organise the in-person away day (venue, key speakers, agenda etc)Collate and track learning and development needs across the organisation.Maintain accurate learning and compliance records.Support the induction process for new starters, including scheduling and facilitating sessions.Gather feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.Support the development of training materials and short virtual sessions (e.g. via Microsoft Teams).Provide general administrative and coordination support to the People Team as required.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have:Proven experience in an L&D coordination or similar HR support role.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Confidence in liaising with stakeholders at all levels.Experience with virtual delivery platforms (Teams) and basic learning evaluation methods.A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to work independently.An interest in contributing to a values-driven charity with a clear and meaningful mission.Additional InformationThis role is open to ca
