You will oversee the full lifecycle of learning programmes, ensuring apprentices achieve their objectives and employees are supported in their professional development. This role includes managing the Apprenticeship Levy, collaborating with training providers, and ensuring all L&D administration and reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant.This is a pivotal role, where such duties will include:Develop, execute, and oversee structured apprenticeship and early career programmes, delivering measurable outcomes while ensuring compliance.Lead the onboarding process, providing a smooth and complete introduction for new employees.Build competency frameworks and support continuous employee developmentReport on learning metrics to evaluate programme effectiveness and impactPrepare quarterly L&D impact reports, providing actionable insights to drive learning effectivenessThe successful candidate will be an experienced L&D professional, ideally with a background in managing apprenticeship programmes from design through to delivery and evaluation.
