Your new roleThis role is a interim assignment supporting the L&D function and delivering training. Up to £200 per day. Hybrid. Bristol office. What you'll need to succeedYou will need experience in a similar role - supporting a Learning & Development (L&D) function. This will include coordinating training programs, managing logistics, and delivering engaging learning sessions across the organisation. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs, maintain learning materials, and ensure smooth execution of in-person and virtual workshops. Monitor participation, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of L&D initiatives. It would be great if you have experience in early career training delivery.
