• We’re looking for an LCM Design Draughtsperson who thrives on precision, collaboration, and innovation. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our design process—turning ideas into reality by creating and maintaining the CAD models and documentation that power our products.

• What You’ll Do
• Own the creation and maintenance of CAD models, drawings, and Bills of Materials.
• Drive accuracy and efficiency through data management and change control processes.
• Partner with design teams to troubleshoot, innovate, and improve workflows.
• Contribute to process enhancements and special projects that shape our future.
• Qualifications
• What You’ll Bring
• Expertise in Creo Parametric (or similar 3D CAD system) and AutoCAD.
• Experience with PLM/PDM systems (PTC Windchill preferred).
• Strong mechanical drafting skills and knowledge of industry standards.
• Familiarity with sheet metal and turned parts design.
• IT literacy and an interest in CAD system administration.
• Bonus: Electrical engineering knowledge and technical illustration experience.
