• Conduct client profile reviews for customer accounts Update KYC forms and client profiles according to policy requirements Follow up with clients to ensure information is received before due dates. Perform KYC tasks, including monitoring and tracking of the KYC records and Appendix approval process, assisting with the development and execution of action planning for expiring records, and ensuring records are not past due Previous experience in similar role or KYC function required. Strong team player willing to learn and share experience with other team members. Experience of active involvement in Business Projects, including providing summaries / updates to project leads Flexibility to work with rapidly-changing priorities and deadlines Previous experience in a similar role within a banking environment may be an advantage.
