  • Project Support & Task Execution: Provide analytical and administrative support to projects and workstreams within the KYC and Onboarding program, executing defined tasks efficiently. Process Documentation & Analysis: Assist in documenting current state processes and contribute to the analysis of future state designs for client onboarding and KYC reviews. Data Gathering & Reporting: Collect data, assist in preparing reports on project status, KPIs, and metrics, and contribute to presentations for various stakeholders. Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination between various internal teams (Business, Operations, Technology, Compliance) on project-related activities. Requirements Documentation: Support the gathering and documentation of business requirements for digital solutions and process improvements. Client Experience Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing data related to client journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. Change Management Assistance: Support change management activities, including preparing communications, training materials, and tracking adoption. Centralized Capability Research: Conduct research and provide support for the development and implementation of centralized capabilities. AI Solution Support: Assist in tasks related to the implementation and testing of AI solutions for document processing and data management. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks. KYC/Onboarding Awareness: Basic understanding of KYC principles and the client onboarding process in financial services. Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate information clearly and concisely. Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Entry-level problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and willingness to learn project management tools. Process Focus: An interest in process analysis and optimization.
