We are looking for a serious and reliable Klaviyo expert to help us fix an issue with our list/segment setup. Currently, our account is reaching its profile limit, and we need a clean and automated solution that will allow us to easily suppress inactive or unengaged profiles from time to time. The last freelancer we hired attempted to set this up, but the solution does not work properly. We want someone who: - Has strong experience with Klaviyo segmentation, list management, and deliverability best practices. - Can set up a working list or dynamic segment that we can simply suppress periodically. - Understands how to properly configure rules (engagement windows, bounced profiles, inactive subscribers, etc.). - Can deliver a solution that is clear, functional, and easy to maintain. Requirements: - Proven track record with Klaviyo (please provide references or examples). - Strong communication and ability to explain the setup. - Must deliver a solution that actually works.
