We are a fast growing e-commerce brand looking for an experienced Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our email marketing strategy and execution for the upcoming 3 month holiday period (Black Friday, Christmas). You will be responsible for: Creating, scheduling, and optimising email campaigns Designing and refining flows/automations in Klaviyo Running A/B tests to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions Designing clean, high-converting email templates (must have strong graphic design skills) Analysing results and making data-driven improvements Requirements: Native-level English: your written English must be impeccable. We have presence in the US, NZ and Aus, so an understanding of the different spelling/grammar in each region is preferable. Proven experience managing Klaviyo accounts for e-commerce brands Strong understanding of segmentation, deliverability, and email marketing best practices Graphic design skills (Figma, Canva, Photoshop, or similar) Experience with A/B testing and performance optimisation Able to work independently and deliver results quickly With your proposal, please: Share examples of previous Klaviyo campaigns/flows you have created (include screenshots or links). Briefly outline your process for improving email marketing performance. State your hourly rate We are looking for a results-driven marketer who can improve both the look and performance of our emails - not just send them out.
