Kitting Specialist Wanted!
Are you a detail-oriented warehouse professional with valid Reach and Counter Balance licenses? We're looking for a dedicated Kitting Specialist to join the team.
The Role: Kitting Stock and Supply
You'll be crucial in preparing for our Bags and Powder Batches. Your primary focus will be managing stock requirements, picking required bags, fill lines, and consumables, and building finished kits for production, strictly adhering to stock rotation guidelines. While focused on kitting, you'll also contribute to general warehouse tasks and safely operate forklifts as needed.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing upcoming batches and ensuring all necessary stock is onsite
- Picking and assembling all components into finished kits
- General warehouse duties like inventory management and maintaining organisation.
- Operating Reach and Counter Balance forklifts (small proportion of the role).
- Working with a Waste Prevention mindset.
What We Offer
- Pay Rate: £12.65 per hour
- Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Consistent schedule)
What You'll Need
- Valid Reach and Counter Balance Forklift Licenses (Essential)
- High school Grade 3 or better in Maths and English or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus!
