Birmingham Museums Trust is currently seeking an exceptional individual to join the Food & Beverage Team at Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery:
Permanent / Full Time
Hours: 37 Hours Per Week (Wednesday - Sunday) may require you to work some evenings when events are on
Salary: £24,309 per annum
You will be part of the team working across Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery’s unique food and beverage outlets, Edwardian Tea Rooms & Bridge Cafe. You will be an integral part of the team washing up & ensuring kitchen hygiene is of the highest standards. A trip to the café is an important part of the visitor experience at any museum, so you will play a critical role in Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery’s customer journey!
Please note the site named is likely to be your most regular place of work, however you may be required to work at other BMT sites from time to time as the business requires. By applying for these roles you are confirming that you are available to work the shifts as advertised.

Interviews will be taking place in person in early June with Noor Miah (Food & Beverage Manager) and Thomas Cruikshank (Venue Hire Food Manager / Head Chef). In advance of the interview, you will receive a copy of the interview questions to prepare, and you will have an opportunity to express any reasonable adjustments you might need.
