What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills:
- Multi-Skilled Competency: Competent to complete a wide variety of carpentry, plumbing, and other trade tasks at a multiskilled level. Tasks include plumbing, carpentry, and masonry both internally and externally to properties and communal areas.
- Customer Focus: Deliver an efficient, compliant, and consistently high standard of repairs service, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the heart of every job. Provide a high-quality service and act as an ambassador for Abri, demonstrating Abri values at all times.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work adheres to building regulations, codes of practice, or best practice. Ensure all works comply with relevant
- health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures, including the understanding of risk assessments and method statements.
Requirements:
Relevant Qualifications: Minimum NVQ level 2, or time-served experience in either carpentry, masonry, and/or plumbing with proven competency in non-core trade
- Experience: Demonstrable experience with a variety of carpentry and plumbing works across a variety of properties.
- Driving Licence: Full Driving licence (clean).
