Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation and cooking as directed by chefs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
Wash, dry, and store kitchen dishes, utensils, and equipment after use.
Help with the packing and presentation of food items for service.
Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained in good condition.
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper inventory management.
Support chefs with basic cooking tasks, such as chopping vegetables and measuring ingredients.
Requirements
Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food preparation is a plus.

Start Time: 08:00
End Time: 18:00
Pay Per Hour: £12.21
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
