We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable assistant with Kindle Book Formatting experience to help us process a series of self-written books (currently in Notion) and format them ready to publish on Amazon Kindle. This includes formatting, using Kindle Create, 🔧 Responsibilities: - Take raw text/content from Notion and format it into a clean, readable structure (into a .doc or .docx format) - Use Kindle Create to format the book according to Amazon's guidelines, and internal requirements (including chapters, TOC, styles) - Export final files from Kindle Create (.kpf) 🧠 Requirements: - Experience using Amazon KDP and Kindle Create (or ability to quickly self-learn) - Must be able to use Notion and Google Docs - Strong attention to detail, especially with formatting and layout - Comfortable navigating tools like Notion, and Canva (optional but helpful) - Good written English and ability to catch minor content errors - Reliable, organized, and self-sufficient - Bonus: Familiarity with formatting non-fiction or business/tech books 🗂 Project Scope: - 40-50+ short books (each focused on a single result/outcome) - Each book is already written and stored in Notion - You will be trained on internal nuances initially (we do require a fundamental understanding of taking content from Notion, to GoogleDoc/Word, to Kindle. This training won’t be provided) 📦 Deliverables: - One formatted Kindle-ready book per project - Daily communication of progress, blocks and refinement of process 🎯Complete one book a day once over the learning curve 💼 How to Apply: Please share: - Your experience with Kindle Create / KDP (or how you would learn) - Any examples of books you’ve formatted or got ready to publish in KDP platform - Your typical turnaround time per book
