About the Role

As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons across a broad and balanced curriculum, tailored to meet the needs of all learners. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2.
• Create a stimulating and safe classroom environment where all students feel valued and motivated to learn.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
• Differentiate instruction to cater to the diverse learning needs within the classroom, including students with SEN and those who are more able.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about their child's progress and well-being.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the wider school community.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience teaching at Key Stage 2, with a strong understanding of the curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• A commitment to continuous professional development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive and resilient attitude, with a genuine passion for education.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
