We are looking for a qualified KS1 Supply Teacher to work in a Primary School located in the Blackburn area starting on a day-to-day and long-term position starting immediately. If you are a talented, enthusiastic and motivated teacher who can adapt to any lesson plan set for any year group and help our school with the busy new academic year, then we would love to have you on board! As a successful candidate, you will teach your class, ensuring that all children achieve in a safe and happy classroom to the best of their ability.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ability to communicate with and encourage children with additional needs.
• A dedicated interest in pupils's education and creating the best learning environment.
• Positive outlook and attitude.
• Knowledge of various teaching methods.
• Good organisational and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS on the update service
• A degree qualification in teaching (PGCE) along with a QTS
• Strong knowledge of the curriculum
• You must have eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available with this post)
• Being passionate about teaching and learning
• Tailoring your approach to the individual needs of children where necessary
• Relevant teaching experience (Must be able to provide 2 teaching references)
