The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships, driving profitable growth, and ensuring alignment between customer needs and company objectives. Description Manage and develop key national and regional merchant and contractor accounts within the UK.Build long-term partnerships through effective communication, trust, and value creation.Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales, margin, and growth targets.Work closely with the sales, marketing, technical, and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to identify new opportunities.Prepare and present business reviews, forecasts, and performance updates to management.Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing structures in line with company policy.Support the development of promotional and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
