Key Account Manager – Umbrella, Payroll & BPO (B2B Sales)Realistic OTE Year One £45,000Accomplish Today are looking to recruit an experienced Key Account Manager to join our clients sales team, based in Altrincham. This is a relationship-led role suited to a confident and commercially driven professional with experience in the umbrella company, payroll, or outsourced services sector.You will manage and grow recruitment agency relationships, providing expert support across umbrella company solutions, outsourced payroll, and BPO services, while driving referrals and account growth.Salary: £30,000 basic + commissionOTE:£45,000Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30Working pattern: Hybrid working available following probationKey Account Manager ResponsibilitiesManage and develop key recruitment agency accountsWork closely with the Key Account Director to grow new and existing businessIncrease inbound referrals and qualified enquiriesAct as the main point of contact for agency clientsProvide subject-matter expertise in umbrella payroll, outsourced payroll, and BPOLiaise with internal teams to resolve client and agency queriesAttend client meetings and occasional hospitality eventsKey Account Manager ProfileConfident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with clientsStrong communication and relationship management skillsCommercially focused with a proactive approach to account growthWell organised and able to work independentlyPassionate about delivering a high standard of client serviceK
