We are seeking a Junior Virtual Assistant & Social Media Assistant to join our small but growing team. This is a 0-hour contract role with up to 5 hours per week, perfect for someone looking to develop their skills with support and training. We are hoping to have a long-term assistant with us as a vacancy has opened to replace our previous VA of 3 years. Please note: Due to previous experiences with unreliable VAs or applicants overstating their skill levels, the listed hourly rate applies to the probationary period. Your rate will increase after training and once you have demonstrated reliability, communication, and the skills required for the role. Even if you do not have experience in both admin and social media, we still encourage you to apply if you have a strong background in administration or relevant transferable skills. Based on your experience, you will join either the Admin Team or Social Media Team as your primary focus, while also providing support to the other department. Essential Skills (Required) - General admin support and data entry - Familiarity with Slack - Social media experience - Proficiency in Canva - Highly organised and reliable - Strong attention to detail - Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace (G Suite) Desirable Skills (Not Required, But a Bonus) - Background in travel management or tourism - Basic Salesforce experience - Ability to create videos/reels (eligible for a higher hourly rate) - Experience using Notion Important — Please Read Before Applying By applying, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following: This role is fully remote, and you must remain online and communicative while working.
