We’re part of a fast-growing European network focused on creating a greener, more convenient, and innovative delivery experience.Our London office is a dynamic environment where technology, logistics, and sustainability meet — and we’re looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Assistant to help keep everything running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesTech Support Act as the first point of contact for technical issues (laptops, Wi-Fi, printers, phones, etc.).Troubleshoot basic hardware and software problems.Install software updates and assist with new device setups (Windows/macOS).Ensure meeting rooms and video conferencing systems are functioning smoothly. User Support & Onboarding Prepare IT equipment for new starters and support their onboarding.Assist colleagues with issues like password resets, VPN access, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).Serve as the first point of contact for support incidents. Ticketing & Documentation Manage and track IT support tickets through the internal system.Document fixes and create clear, easy-to-follow guides for recurring issues.Identify and report recurring technical problems, suggesting improvements where possible.
