Real Estate Investment Analyst role specializing in residential and mixed use project analysis. The candidate will work alongside an investment associate and report directly into the investment director, with projects all across greater London Client Details London-based property developer possessing a diverse pipeline of projects ranging from large-scale regeneration schemes to high-quality residential buildings. Description Responsibilities include; Analysing potential land acquisition targets: site appraisals, valuation, market comparables.Model development potential (e.g., how many units could be built, what mix: private sale, BTR, affordable).Due diligence: planning risk, planning permissions, planning constraints.Financial feasibility: build cost, construction timelines, profit margins, developer returns.Build detailed financial models: cash flow projections, IRR (internal rate of return), NPV (net present value).Scenario analysis: best / base / worst-case for construction costs, sales prices, rent (if build-to-rent).Prepare investment memoranda or reports for senior management / investment committee.Identify and quantify risks: construction, planning, market, environmental.
