We’re looking for a proactive Junior Full Stack Developer with strong Rust experience and a working knowledge of React Native to join our fast-paced, mobile-first startup. This hybrid role bridges backend engineering and technical support, helping ensure a smooth, responsive experience for our members and internal teams. Key Responsibilities - Investigate and resolve technical issues across our backend services (Rust, AWS microservices, DynamoDB, Aurora, S3). - Debug and support member-facing features in our React Native mobile app. - Reproduce bugs, test fixes, and contribute small patches or hotfixes where needed. - Support our QA and Member Experience teams with technical insights and tooling. - Create internal documentation, scripts, or admin tools to streamline support and testing. - Escalate and collaborate with senior engineers for complex or architectural-level issues. Requirements - Solid experience with Rust (Web services, async programming, etc.) - Familiarity with React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript. - Understanding of REST APIs and cloud infrastructure (ideally AWS: S3, DynamoDB, Aurora, etc.) - Good debugging skills and a problem-solving mindset. - Clear communicator with a collaborative approach. - Used Jira, Bitbucket, Freshdesk, Confluence, Slack a distinct advantage. Nice to Have - Exposure to PostHog, RevenueCat, AWS Cloudfront, ECS or EventBridge. - Familiarity with support workflows or QA processes.
