Junior Finance Business Partner | East Kent | £30K-£40K (depending on exp)Our client, a market-leading business, are seeking to an up-and-coming Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. The company are fast-paced, dynamic and the role will have a high-exposure to many different divisions within the business.Key Duties:Support cost resets and deep dives for pricing decisionsEnsure accurate and timely costing processesAttend product costing meetings and track launch costs, risks, and opportunitiesAssist with costing for new/existing products and escalate concernsWork with FP&A on ad-hoc costing analysisTrack actual vs. standard costs and maintain product cost recordsHelp translate financial data into actionable insightsBuild strong relationships with stakeholdersSupport profit improvement tracking and cost centre reviewsProvide reports and analysis to aid decision-makingCommunicate cost drivers and trends for forecasts and business plansSupport forecast data preparation and variance analysisThe ideal candidate will be:Studying AAT/CIMA/ACCAEffective communication skills
