- Role Overview
- Junior Doctrine Consultants support the doctrine development lifecycle through structured research, drafting, analysis, and synthesis activities, ensuring outputs align with established multinational standards and national operational frameworks.
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on doctrinal publications, best practices, and comparable international case studies
- Draft sections, annexes, tables, and supporting materials under senior guidance
- Map existing national practices against reference standards to identify capability and process gaps
- Support data collection from operational units, institutions, and training organizations
- Assist with terminology harmonization and glossary development
- Track comments, revisions, and change requests across drafting iterations
- Prepare briefing materials and working documents for reviews, workshops, and validation activities
- Support translation, localization, and terminology alignment efforts as required
