• Role Overview
• Junior Doctrine Consultants support the doctrine development lifecycle through structured research, drafting, analysis, and synthesis activities, ensuring outputs align with established multinational standards and national operational frameworks.
• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct research on doctrinal publications, best practices, and comparable international case studies
• Draft sections, annexes, tables, and supporting materials under senior guidance
• Map existing national practices against reference standards to identify capability and process gaps
• Support data collection from operational units, institutions, and training organizations
• Assist with terminology harmonization and glossary development
• Track comments, revisions, and change requests across drafting iterations
• Prepare briefing materials and working documents for reviews, workshops, and validation activities
• Support translation, localization, and terminology alignment efforts as required
