As a Junior Demand Planner, you will: Ensure timely supply of materials to UK Customers, maximising production efficiency Collaborate with customer service to meet customer requirements Maintain efficient communication routes across departments Liaise with the procurement team on raw material forecasts Own supply planning, scheduling, and capacity activities Monitor and enhance plant On-Time In Full (OTIF) performance Support combined order planning by identifying opportunities for product combinations Propose and implement solutions to improve planning processes and KPIs This role is a progressive position and as long as you have the following qualities there is no reason that you could be a success in this role Calm under pressure - able to maintain composure and deliver results in challenging situations.
