Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join a close-knit team of three. In this role, you will support the extraction, processing, analysis, and interpretation of data to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making across the business. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data manipulation tools such as Excel and Power Query, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Data Collection & Acquisition Collect and compile data from multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external data providersEnsure data accuracy and integrity through data cleansing and validation processes Data Processing & Transformation Assist in developing and maintaining data preprocessing pipelinesUse Excel, Power Query, and other tools for data integration and data wrangling Data Analysis Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomaliesSupport the development of statistical models to extract insightsRespond to progr
