As a Junior Art Director and Junior Copywriter at MAL London (EMEA), you will be an essential part of our origination creative and design teams, supporting senior creatives and other collaborators on a variety of projects. Your role will involve assisting in the development of concepts, creating solutions to briefs, and helping bring creative ideas to life across different media platforms. You are eager and enthusiastic about learning, excited to pitch-in at any stage of the process. This is a fantastic opportunity to hone your advertising skills and grow within a creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, music supervisors, and designers to concept ideas aligned with our clients brand and product strategy.
- Make bold, original creative decisions, grounded in insight and sometimes risk-taking, and execute them with craft and attention to detail.
- You’ll help shape ideas and write scripts that don’t just meet the brief, they move culture.
- You're not afraid of suggesting something different.
- You’ll support the creative leads to keep an eye on creative across everything (TV, social, print, experiential, OOH) making sure every piece hits.
- Confidently pitch your ideas to your creative leads and partner with production to bring EMEA campaigns to life.
- Work with a well-rounded range of artists, content creators, emerging directors, editors, and other creative partners to maintain consistently exceptional output.
- Take every opportunity to develop your ideation skills, ask questions, and seek feedback. You will be supported in growing your technical abilities, conceptual thinking, and creative problem-solving.
