Salary: up to £30,000Hybrid working on offer along with fantastic benefits and career opportunities.This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to develop their career within a growing business.Responsibilities:Managing a busy finance inbox, ensuring queries are prioritised and responded to promptly.Handling commission-related enquiries, including investigating discrepancies, processing adjustments, and ensuring accurate payments.Acting as the first point of contact for clients on finance and commission matters, delivering clear and professional communication.Working closely with internal teams such as sales, operations, and finance to resolve issues and maintain seamless commission workflows.Maintaining a confident, solutions-driven approach when engaging with internal and external stakeholders.Supporting the wider finance function by escalating issues, identifying recurring trends, and contributing to process improvements.About you:Prior experience in an accountancy or finance role, with the motivation to develop further.You must be immediately available to start or on very short notice.Experience within the travel or hospitality sector is highly desirable.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines.Confident problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving queries.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing travel business.
