Juice Maker / Barista – Tooting Market, South London

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Juice Maker to join our team at South London’s favourite juice bar, based in the heart of the iconic Tooting Market.

Barista experience would be amazing, but what matters most is a passion for health, quality, and great customer service.

As a Juice Maker / Barista, you’ll be at the centre of our customer experience preparing fresh juices, smoothies, smoothie bowls, and light food items, while helping create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. With over 11 years serving the local community, we’re proud of our consistency, quality, and loyal customer base.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve fresh juices, smoothies, smoothie bowls, and other cold drinks

• Prepare and serve hot drinks including coffee and tea (training provided if needed)
• Deliver outstanding customer service, taking orders accurately and engaging warmly with customers
• Maintain excellent hygiene and follow all food safety standards
• Keep the workspace clean, organised, and well-stocked
• Operate the till and handle cash confidently, ensuring accurate transactions
• Assist with light food preparation (pastries and snacks), ensuring freshness and quality
• Work efficiently and calmly during busy trading periods

Requirements

Juice making experience is a bonus; barista experience is highly desirable but not essential

• A genuine interest in health, wellbeing, and nourishing food and drink
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable personality
• Knowledge of food safety practices (or willingness to learn)
• Basic numeracy and confidence handling payments
• Good time management and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a positive team attitude
