Airbnb Virtual Assistant for STR Property Management We are a UK-based short-term rental business seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage our Airbnb and Booking.com listings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience with property management systems, and the ability to deliver outstanding guest support. ⸻ Responsibilities • Guest Communication: Respond to inquiries, send booking/pre-arrival messages, handle guest issues, and follow up for reviews • Booking Management: Manage calendars on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Lodgify; process reservations/cancellations; coordinate check-in/out • Property Coordination: Schedule/track cleanings via Breezeway; liaise with cleaners and contractors; monitor property condition reports; restock essentials • Financial Tasks: Track income/expenses, process payments/refunds, assist with reporting • Listing Optimisation: Update descriptions, amenities, and photos; monitor pricing; manage reviews ⸻ Requirements • Strong written and spoken English (additional languages a plus) • Previous experience in Airbnb/short-term rental guest support or hospitality • Tech-savvy with Lodgify, Breezeway, Airbnb, Booking.com (or similar PMS tools) • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organisational skills • Ability to work independently and respond promptly to guests • Familiarity with STR industry trends and guest expectations preferred ⸻ Role Details • Remote position • Part-time to start, with potential to grow • Flexible hours (occasional evening/weekend availability may be required) • Competitive hourly rate, based on experience ⸻ ✨ If you’re proactive, professional, and excited to support a growing property management business, we’d love to hear from you.
