Main Duties and Responsibilities Job Coaching & Placement: Provide personalized job coaching, identify suitable job placements, and incorporate assistive technology. Induction & Awareness: Attend business inductions to help interns understand their roles and promote disability awareness among co-workers. Communication: Keep parents updated regularly and collaborate with tutors and mentors on student progress. Event Planning: Organize inductions, information nights, and graduation ceremonies. Marketing & Outreach: Develop marketing materials for newsletters, websites, and community presentations. Training & Development: Teach skills in grooming, hygiene, communication, and travel to job sites.
