We are a fast-growing wellness and supplement brand looking for a Japanese and English-speaking Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations, eCommerce tasks, and administrative workflows. Responsibilities: ・ Manage daily admin tasks and keep operations running smoothly ・ Organise documents, folders, and workflow systems in Google Drive ・ Track shipments, update inventory, and work with WMS/logistics tools ・ Assist with scheduling, reporting, and campaign tracking ・ Support Shopify store management (orders, product updates, basic maintenance) ・ Help run eCommerce operations across Japan and global channels ・ Support influencer coordination, including managing LINE communication ・ Maintain spreadsheets, product catalogues, and performance trackers ・ Use AI tools to automate and improve workflows ・ Assist with Google Ads and Google Merchant Center tasks ・ (Bonus) Work with Bing Ads or Yahoo! Japan Search Ads Required Skills: ・ Native or fluent Japanese, strong English communication ・ Shopify experience ・ Understanding of eCommerce and online customer journeys ・ Knowledge of health, wellness, or supplement categories (Japan market is a plus) ・ Highly organised with strong administrative skills ・ Experience with Google Ads and Merchant Center ・ Bonus: Experience with Bing Ads or Yahoo Japan Ads ・ Experience working with WMS systems or operations tools ・ Comfortable using AI tools for productivity ・ Fast learner, proactive, and flexible ・ Tech-first mindset ・ Happy to get hands dirty when needed ・ Enjoys admin tasks and keeping things organised Who You Are: ・ Detail-oriented and structured ・ Reliable, self-motivated, and consistent ・ Comfortable in a tech-driven, fast-moving environment ・ Enjoy supporting a team and keeping operations running smoothly
