- Job Description
- This is an AECOM London Vox Studios office based role and it requires in-office presence, 5 days/week. Providing day-to-day IT end user support across two locations. Working directly for the regional IT Service Delivery manager.
Role responsibilities
- Provide day to day end user support for users in the London and Norway offices. Supporting Windows and MAC OS.
- Good knowledge of both Windows and MAC operating systems
- Understand office issues and challenges.
- Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of tickets.
- Report back on issues and challenges to the regional IT Service Delivery manager.
- Manage escalations within the two offices.
- Support ongoing and new projects.
- Ensure IT asset management processes are being followed.
- Manage the e-waste process, aligned to the IT Asset Management process.
- Manage the IT process for New Hires and PC Refresh.
- Collaborate with all IT towers to understand current issues/gaps and drive service improvement initiatives.
- Drive standardized processes across the region.
- Document and communicate processes, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure knowledge articles, training and how-to documents are created.
- Collaborate and contribute to the broader IT goals.
- Provide updates on projects and improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the region.• Works under direct supervision performing routine and repetitive duties.
- On-the-job training is received in the area of application support.
- Qualifications
- Minimum Requirements
- Experience with Office applications (Excel, Outlook Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional customer-facing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and deadlines
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Service Delivery/Customer Facing Team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of IT break fix support for Windows and MAC Systems
