Equation Recruitment is working on behalf of a fast-growing Managed Service Provider based in Bicester, recruiting for a proactive and technically capable IT Support Engineer to join their expanding team. This role sits firmly between 1st and 2nd line support, ideal for someone who has already built a solid technical foundation and is now ready to step up. What’s on Offer? From handling escalated support tickets to assisting in project delivery, you'll play a key part in keeping our clients operational, secure, and well-supported. Your Responsibilities: Managing and resolving 1st and 2nd line support issues efficiently and professionallyTroubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Windows 10/11Networking: DNS, DHCP, VPN, routers, switches, and firewallsDevice setup and deployment including laptops, mobile devices, and VoIP systemsWorking alongside senior engineers on migrations and technical projectsMaintaining service documentation and ensuring SLA adherence What We’re Looking For: Some experience in an MSP
