• Experience: 2+ years in an advanced IT support, Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Engineering role. Systems Expertise: Deep proficiency with Windows Server operating systems (2016/2019/2022) and virtualization technologies. Automation: Scripting proficiency using PowerShell for routine administrative tasks and automation is highly desirable. Networking: Solid understanding of Layer 2/Layer 3 networking, VLAN configuration, and VPN technologies. Soft Skills: Exceptional diagnostic, analytical, and mentoring abilities to guide colleagues and interact confidently with senior management. UK Security clearance will be required for this role.
