IT Support Engineer – 3-month contract – London My Customer is looking for an IT Support Engineer that will play a key role in providing high-quality technical support to internal employees across multiple platforms and devices (Windows, Mac, Android). The IT Support Engineer will act as the main escalation point from the Service Desk, this individual will deliver expert troubleshooting and in-person assistance, ensuring smooth, secure, and reliable end-user technology experiences across the organisation. Key skills from the IT Support Engineer: Previous experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or End User Computing (Level 2/3). Strong background supporting both Windows and macOS environments.Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Intune & AutopilotJAMF for macOS managementPDQ DeployCrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Zscaler, Rapid7Mobile device management for iOS and Android Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Freshservice.Good understanding of endpoint security, MFA, encryption, and data protection practices. Key responsibilities of the IT Support Engineer: Serve as the senior escalation contact for complex or unresolved incidents passed on from the Service Desk.Deliver prompt and professional in-person support for hardware, software, and user experience issues.Ensure performance targets and service levels are consistently met across internal support teams.Provide advanced support for Windows 11 Enterprise, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems.Administer and maintain device management tools such as Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, JAMF, and PDQ.Troubleshoot and maintain endpoint protection and cybersecurity applications, including CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Zscaler, and Rapid7.Support new
