What You’ll Do

-Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, maintenance, and improvements.
-Ensure systems’ availability, performance, and security meet the highest standards.
-Troubleshoot and resolve escalated support issues with professionalism and care.
-Work closely with colleagues and end users to deliver effective technical solutions.
-Document systems and procedures in line with IT Services policies and best practices.
-Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, systems, and team performance.
-Occasionally support operations outside normal working hours when required.
