The role combines reactive service desk support with continuous improvement of IT service delivery and user experience. Key Responsibilities Provide first-class IT service desk support to office-based and remote usersManage user account changes, onboarding, and offboardingSupport and administer Microsoft 365 environmentsProvide mobile device support and managementDeliver IT support across Preston and London officesProactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issuesBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersEnsure professional presentation of IT systems, equipment, and workspaces About You You will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
