We are a UK-based recruitment agency expanding into the IT & Technology market, with a strong focus on DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability (SRE), and Infrastructure roles. We’re looking for an experienced recruiter (5+ years) with a background in IT/Tech hiring who can immediately add value by leveraging their sourcing expertise, technical understanding, and recruitment skills. 🔑 Responsibilities Source and build pipelines of DevOps, Cloud, and Tech professionals for UK-based clients. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: outreach, screening, interview coordination, offer management. Work closely with our UK team to support client delivery and candidate management. Use Manatal ATS and connected job portals (Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn jobs, etc.) to organise candidates and manage outreach. 👤 Ideal Candidate 5+ years’ proven experience recruiting in IT/Tech, ideally DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure. Based in India or Pakistan and able to work full UK time zone hours. Strong track record of placing mid-to-senior technology professionals. Advanced sourcing skills using job boards, Boolean search, and candidate databases. Confident communicator with excellent English (both written and spoken). 💻 Tools You’ll Use Manatal ATS for candidate management and job posting across portals (Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn jobs, etc.).
