This role is ideal for someone who has worked on software implementation projects and is ready to step into a larger, more complex enterprise environment. You will lead delivery activity across multiple technology workstreams, working closely with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Banking experience is a bonus but not a requirement. Key Responsibilities Deliver end-to-end Salesforce and software implementation workstreams, ensuring successful planning, execution, and release. Manage sprint planning, backlogs, delivery roadmaps, and release schedules. Coordinate with engineering, architecture, QA, business analysts, and product teams.
