About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use):11 The TeamThe Program Management team (PMO) in MI OCTO is responsible for guiding and supporting the technology functions to deliver critical strategic projects across the division, providing structure and transparency to senior leadership and collaborating with partners across the division and enterprise. Responsibilities and Impact: Ownership and management of a portfolio of small and medium-sized projects within larger strategic programs, ensuring simultaneous delivery.Meet project deadlines by identifying and managing obstacles, proactively mitigating risks, and escalating issues as required for effective resolution.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide expertise and input where necessary.Demonstrate good client-facing skills and the ability to work and communicate with global stakeholders.Competently troubleshoot and understand problems, communicating issues impacting project timelines or scope delivery to diverse teams.Produce structured project plans, regular project reporting, risk analysis, and resource management. What We're Looking For:Basic Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree in Business, Finance, or Technology is preferred.Strong written and oral communication skills.Proven analytical skills and the ability to work independently.Strong problem-solving skills. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a financial firm is desired.Ability to manage a portfolio of projects and multiple senior stakeholder relationships.Flexibility and a positive, proactive attitude toward meeting tight deadlines.Excellent written and oral communication skills.
